ERICA CARTER

Multimedia Journalist

Erica is a self-starting, motivated and enthusiastic journalist with experience in print, online, video and audio journalism. She has strong initiative, and is always eager to learn and better myself and my skills. She recently finished up a BA in Journalism in Technological University Dublin.

She was a Journalist of the Year nominee in the 2021 Student Media Awards, as well as a nominee in the Iriseoireacht trí Gaeilge Scríofa Category. Her freelance work has been published in Totally Dublin, Nós, Oxygen.ie and Dublin Gazette. She has worked as a reporter and/or editor on several publications, including Babylon Radio, the City, IrisZine and the Liberty. She was the Deputy Production Editor on TU Dublin's Smedia nominated Dawning Magazine.
